Domestic Shipping
We ship via US Postal Service, UPS or the most efficient carrier, to any address with a valid United States zip code. Combined with a 2-3 day processing time, you should receive your order within 10-14 business days, under normal circumstances. This time limit will be altered during the holiday season, from October 1 through December 31.(we are closed Derby Eve and Derby Day contact us for orders due the first week of May)
We will process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will process an order the same day, if received by 2pm EST. Any order processed and paid for AFTER 2pm EST, will be processed the next business day. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped, with tracking information, for your convenience.
International Shipping
Military Custom Design & Graphics will ship to Military/Governmental APO/FPO addresses. We will ship via US Postal Global Mail or the most efficient carrier. International orders are usually received within 3-4 weeks.
International Shipping Costs
International customers of APO/FPO addresses are liable for all duties, taxes and local fees that may be incurred. International customers are also responsible for determining the costs of these fees and for any shipping costs as a result of a return or exchange.
RETURNS POLICY
We are sure that you will be happy with your order, but we realize that you may receive something that you did not expect. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we have a 7 day return policy. Each shirt or other promotional item is required to pass Quality Assurance guidelines before it is shipped, to make sure the order is filled in an accurate manner.
We will accept exchanges or returns if the shirt or other promotional item has a flaw in the material or the design of the final product is vastly different from the custom supplied design, by the customer. Military Custom Design & Graphics is not responsible for incorrect information/directions sent to the company by the customer or the customer representative.
If your item has been damaged, or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Return Process
If you wish to return an item or exchange and item, please contact our returns department at info@militaryshirtdesign.com, with RETURNS/EXCHANGE typed in the subject line. A return merchandise authorization number will be given, upon approval. Please make sure the RMA number is listed on the OUTSIDE of the box so the package will be accepted. Once received and inspected any refunds due will be processed within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued as a credit to the card used to make the purchase.
Personalized items/orders are non returnable.
